Below are the general terms of sale as well as some practical information.
ARTICLE 1 - CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
The seller's responsibility with regard to the buyer is limited to the role of service provider. The seller can not be held responsible for any changes decided on by the organizer.
ARTICLE 2 - PRICE OF SEATS AND PAYMENT
- 2.1 - Prices for e-tickets are indicated in CHF or EURO, all taxes included.
- 2.2 - All reservations must be paid immediately by credit card or Postfinance or differed payment, depending on the online payment methods enabled or not by the organizer, and according to the latter's responsibility (see Art. 3)
- 2.3 - In the event of loss or theft of ticket, or cancellation of the event, no refund can be requested, unless stipulated in the organizer's supplemental terms (see Art. 7)
- 2.4 - The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of ordering.
ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT BY INTERNET
- 3.1 - The immediate payment methods are limited to the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTE BLEUE, and the POSTCARD through Postfinance.
- 3.2 - Other custom payment methods are available to the organizer and can be enabled online: on site, by invoice, by check, by phone, by bank transfer, by traveler's checks, by promo card.
- 3.3 - The seller has entrusted its online payment system to CyberMut, a service provider specializing in secure online payments. This service provider guarantees the total confidentiality of your banking information, secured through SSL, which systematically checks the validity of access rights when you pay by credit card and encrypts all exchanges in order to ensure confidentiality.
ARTICLE 4 - ORDER CONFIRMATION
- 4.1 - When you check the box I have read, understood and agree to these general terms, I want to pay/book now when selecting the payment method, you declare yourself to accept these conditions without. The data recorded by the Infomaniak e-tickets box office are authentic and provide the evidence of all past transactions.
ARTICLE 5 - E-TICKET AND PRINTING
- 5.1 - The e-ticket is only valid if it is printed on white A4 paper, blank on both sides. The entrance to the event is subject to a check of the validity of your e-ticket using the three printed barcodes.
- 5.2 - Good print quality is required. E-tickets that are partially printed, soiled, damaged, or illegible will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. In the event of an incident or poor print quality, you must print out a new e-ticket. To verify the good printing quality, make sure that the information written on the e-ticket, and the barcode, are legible.
ARTICLE 6 - PRACTICAL INFO AND PAYMENT
- 6.1 - As a general rule, we strongly recommend that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the event.
- 6.2 - Within the event, guests agree to respect the rules of conduct and safety laid down by the organizers. Furthermore, the acquisition of this e-ticket implies adherence to the internal rules of the event venue.
ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION or INTERRUPTION
- 7.1 - An e-ticket can not be returned, exchanged or resold except in case of cancellation and decision by the organizer of ticket refunds.
- 7.2 - If canceled or interrupted due to the weather, you will be informed by email of a possible movement of e-tickets for a later date, not full. You will need to reprint the new e-tickets or follow the organizer's instructions if the same tickets are used.
- 7.3 - If the organizer decides to refund the tickets, only the price indicated on the ticket will be refunded. If the ticket was customized with no price category by the buyer with the wording "Free ticket" or "Gift ticket" or "Invitation" refer to the amount paid on the bill for the booking, where applicable contact the organizer.
